Payment Methods

*Please text me when you arrive. If I am running behind I will inform you. I will text you as soon as I am done so you can come in. Please do not knock on the door or come in until I confirm.

* Please arrive no later than 10 minutes. After your scheduled time, or you will be ask to reschedule.

* All cancellations/ rescheduled appointments will need a 48 hours notice. Failure of notice will result in a "no call/ no show" and will be charged accordingly. Multiple offense may lead to you being asked to no longer schedule with me and will have to get services done elsewhere. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit and another deposit must be made to book another appointment. If you have an emergency, contact me as soon as possible to see what arrangements can be made.

* We are strictly appointments only. Business hour varies based on client's schedule. We take clients as early as 6AM and the latest 6PM.

We are open Monday-Saturday.

* In order to book your appointment please DM us on IG, Messenger, or text us at 302-824-1258. Serious inquiries only. A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This will be deducted later from your service fee.

* All my current clients will receive priority booking. You will have a first choice of appointments before new clients are accepted.

New clients will have free virtual consultations before setting up an appointment.

* Please do not bring any extra guest with you to the appointment.

* All appointments are a minimum of 1 hour and/or based on the service. Nail art will require additional time/ charge. Please plan your time accordingly.

* For safety and quality I prefer not to work over other nail technicians. Unfortunately, many nail salons continue to use harmful products (MMA Acrylic) that are harmful to the natural nails. Please soak your nails off prior to your appointment or be prepared to add on a soak off to your appointment.

* Gratuity is always appreciated for any service and is not included in any services price.

We regard gratuity as a voluntary means to express your satisfaction with your service.
